For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

By accessing the skwin platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the skwin Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue your use of the skwin platform and close your account. Continued use of any part of the platform following any update to these Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

skwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Non-material corrections and clarifications may be applied without advance notice. Access to and use of the skwin platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. skwin maintains a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. The following eligibility requirements apply to all Players:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed voluntarily through the skwin Responsible Gaming tools or through any external body.
• You must not access the platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must be acting in your personal capacity and must not register or operate an account on behalf of any other individual or entity.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a skwin employee or contractor in a role with access to platform backend systems.

skwin employs age verification technology at the point of registration. However, verification may be completed as part of the KYC process prior to the first withdrawal. Players who are found to have misrepresented their age will have their accounts immediately closed, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at skwin's discretion after investigation.

To access real-money games and betting markets on skwin, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. The following rules govern account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each Player may hold one and only one active account. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or inadvertently — will be merged or closed, and any associated balances may be forfeited in line with skwin's anti-fraud procedures.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile number, and preferred payment method details.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. skwin will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Do not share your login details with any third party.
• KYC Verification: skwin may request identity verification documents at any time, including at the point of first withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate for age verification, and a bank statement or mobile wallet screenshot for address and payment method verification.
• Account Updates: It is your responsibility to keep your account information current. If your mobile number, email address, or payment method details change, update your account profile immediately or contact support.

skwin reserves the right to suspend any account pending completion of KYC verification. During a suspension period, the Player may not place new wagers or process withdrawal requests, but the Real Money Balance remains held in full.

skwin supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market. All deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern all financial transactions on the platform:

Deposits:

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit, although individual payment providers may impose their own transaction caps.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank net banking.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to the Player's skwin account in real time during standard operating hours (6:00 AM – 11:59 PM BST daily).
• skwin does not charge any fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own service charges, for which skwin bears no responsibility.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum single withdrawal amount is ৳500,000 per transaction, subject to available balance.
• Withdrawals are processed only to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the same account, consistent with standard anti-money-laundering practice.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to a review period of up to one (1) business day. bKash and Nagad withdrawals that pass review are typically settled to the Player's wallet within 30 minutes.
• skwin reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of outstanding KYC verification without liability to the Player.
• Winnings generated exclusively from Bonus Funds that have not yet satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal.

skwin offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing Players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's individual terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses is 30x the bonus amount.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, and sports betting accumulator bets contribute 25%. The contribution rate for each game type is listed in the individual promotion terms.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period during which the wagering requirement must be fulfilled. Standard expiry is 30 days from the date the bonus is credited. Unfulfilled bonus balances are forfeited at expiry.
• Minimum Odds: For bonuses that include sports betting eligibility, qualifying bets must be placed at minimum decimal odds of 1.5 unless the promotion states otherwise.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While Bonus Funds remain active in your account, the maximum single bet or wager amount is ৳2,000 per spin or round. Wagers exceeding this limit during a bonus period may result in cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonus Abuse: skwin monitors accounts for patterns that indicate abuse of bonus terms, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to reduce wagering risk, systematic low-variance wagering strategies specifically designed to convert bonus funds to cash, and use of automated betting software. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided and may be permanently closed.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless a promotion explicitly states that it may be combined with another active offer, only one bonus may be in progress at any given time per account.

skwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already accepted a bonus in good faith will complete that bonus on its original terms unless the modification is required by a change in law or regulatory requirement.

By using the skwin platform, you agree to act in accordance with these Terms & Conditions at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.
• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one account on the skwin platform.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your skwin account, whether for purposes of depositing, withdrawing, placing wagers, or any other activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the skwin platform in any way, including for the purposes of placing bets, completing bonus wagering, or exploiting any promotional offer.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or miscalculated odds on the platform. Any winnings resulting from a manifest error in odds or game software are void and will be reversed.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players, including in live dealer table games, to the detriment of other participants or skwin.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the skwin platform in any way connected with money laundering or fraud.
• Accessing the skwin platform via a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology for the purpose of obscuring your true geographic location.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any skwin customer support agent or other platform user through any communication channel.

skwin takes a collaborative approach with Players when minor or accidental breaches occur. However, serious breaches — particularly those involving fraud, money laundering, or systematic exploitation of platform systems — will be reported to the relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

skwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified in the verification request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity theft, or other criminal conduct.
• Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same individual, device, IP address, or payment method.
• A Player's own voluntary self-exclusion request submitted through the Responsible Gaming tools.
• Any legal, regulatory, or compliance obligation requiring skwin to restrict access to the platform for specific users or user categories.

Where an account is closed by skwin for reasons other than confirmed fraud or breach of terms, any verified Real Money Balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via their most recently used withdrawal method within ten (10) business days. Bonus Funds balances are not refundable under any circumstances.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account for responsible gaming reasons are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tools available in the Account Settings section. Voluntary self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period. For permanent account closure unrelated to responsible gaming, contact support at support@skwin.ws.

Following permanent account closure, skwin retains Player data for a minimum period of five (5) years in accordance with anti-money-laundering record-keeping obligations.
